The shop carries general second hand material, but his real love is the old & rare. There are some beautiful 19th century reference books in at the moment (wish I could afford them) and some good magazines and newspapers. [Greg Randolph]

The Mooloolaba shop is open on Sundays, but not the Maroochydore one, and I prefer the Maroochydore one.
My interests are mainly science fiction and childrens. The shops generally have a good range of these and they are at reasonable prices. The shops also have a real "second hand bookshop" atmosphere - by which I mean, the books are put into appropriate sections, mostly, but overflow onto piles on the floor - you feel you'll discover, any moment, a title that's been on your wish-list for years! (Unlike some "sanitised" second-hand bookshops, they stock old, somewhat battered treasures as well as near-pristine recent publications.) [Jane, 02/04]
We carry a small stock of fine out of print books. As the name suggests it is an eclectic selection, All books are in very good or better condition, at fair prices. Conondale is situated in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, 19 km from Maleny. Visitors are welcome but please phone first to check if I am home. The scenery is worth the visit even if you cannot find a book to tempt you.

The bookshop is in the main street of Maleny - Sunshine Coast Hinterland- Selling quality secondhand, out of print, antiquarian, covering most subjects. Excellent range of books, would put many city shops to shame, well worth a visit. [visitor]
Mail-order, ten shops in SE Queensland.We sell both new and used books , have café facilities (including Grinders Coffee and the best milkshakes in Queensland), gourmet ice-cream and a variety of other services including an internet café and tourism information. We offer an obligation free book finding service and are happy to order any books that customers especially want.
Our café seating is among our books and on the verandah around the shop. Customers are welcome to browse any of the books as long as they don't damage them.
