The Love That Dares To Speak Its Name
This poem was prosecuted for blasphemous libel in the United Kingdom in 1979, and is still illlegal there. In 1997 the UK police prosecuted three online magazines merely for linking to it, but fortunately lost the case. And then in 2001 a BBC presenter spoke part of the poem live on BBC2...
Blasphemy is also used as a criteria for banning films.
