The Democrat's report is the only one that really addresses the key issues. The Labor report is ok, but they unfortunately opted to argue for minor modifications to the Bill, ignoring its fundamental flaws.
The less said about the majority report the better - they basically ignored all the witnesses except the one or two who said what they wanted.
